It's fate that I should be asked to review this place even though all I did was walk by this time. It's been a few years since I used to frequent Piranha's, but it was so much better than any other sushi bar I knew in Texas, certainly in Arlington. The tastes are foremost, of course, and their dishes taste so wonderful it saturates that one sensory perception and bleeds over into others. The visual presentations of some of their specialty items are memorable. The staff was always ultra-hip and beautiful, friends of friends who'd introduced me to this sushi bar when I lived nearby. I'm actually closer now. I'll have to set aside some money. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. How many eating experiences stay with you for years?
