I'll keep this to the point. Don't stay here, keep looking.
Summary: unfriendly staff / minimal amenities / cleanliness untrustworthy
-restaurant was disgusting and overpriced / no room service either
-air conditioner / heater required a reset twice a day by hotel staff
-room had an empty hole where fridge should be / fridge available upon request only
-uncomfortable bed, flat pillows
-cleanliness of room and sheets were untrustworthy
-no plugs for electronics
-hard to find light switches
-one ply-toilet paper
-no ice container
-room was supposed to be ball drop view, instead view of back of building
-slow and crowded elevators every time
-blackout curtains still let light in from Times Square / curtains are gross to the touch.
