Wasn t that bad a year ago. Ordered wrong item or not fitting, asked to return, they will tell you don t need return, can just dispose and you will be refunded.
Nowadays, ordered the right item, but seller packed a totally different color and different item. As a paying customer I not only have to return it myself to get my refund but I am getting rejected by your partner ninjavan s dropoff points. The merchants/partners that insisted I need a return label where it clearly states no label needed.
After explaining to the CSO, the liveagent repeated the exact same instructions like a robot, perfectly unable to comprehend my situation and tells me to go and return the item again and that no label is required and that if my item is rejected again, only then they will escalate to a higher up.
Wow. Just wow.
As a consumer, why do we have to waste our time and energy to make up for someone s mistake apart from ours as a buyer? If the fault was mine as buyer I accept.
Kindly cut the slack and get working Lazada!
