Stayed at the Phoenician over the Labor Day weeken...

Stayed at the Phoenician over the Labor Day weekend. Purchased 2 casitas for my family and my sisters family to celebrate the holiday weekend and our recent birthdays. Around 10 pm at night I noticed the water filling the sink and the bath tub were yellow tinted and dirty. Fortunately the front desk was able to move us to another room that was across a parking lot. Needing to rebath my children and myself we packed up our room, and carried our sleeping children to the new room.
When checking out the front desk manager was rude and since we had booked our rooms with Expedia, a third party, he was unable to make any consessions towards that rooms cost for the evening. I am not the type to complain about the few issues we encountered while staying at the property, but I was very surprised by the lack of courtesy the front desk manager had for our dirty water room, late night packing, moving rooms and my daughter becoming very upset that something was wrong with our room that could not be fixed. I am so disgusted by the fact that my family bathed, washed our face, brushed our teeth with dirty water at this resort. Our primary vacation due to my work, is staycation.... there is not a resort in Scottsdale/Phoenix/Tucson that we have not stayed at 5-3 stars.... skip this resort and go to the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch.... same family fun and entertainment.... clean water...
