My many, many thanks to Customer Service! The gentleman I just spoke with was very kind and apologetic (which wasn't even necessary given how crazy everything is getting again). I ordered my compression garment about 10 days ago and still hadn't even gotten a shipping notification, needed it for a surgery in 4 days! He changed my shipping to overnight and put a note in to try and get the garment out today! I'm very pleased and thankful. I also LOVED that the service agent I spoke to was personable, I felt like I was talking to a REAL person and not someone with a script in front of them. Thank you. :)
