I have never brought my apple products to a store ...

I have never brought my apple products to a store outside of Apple itself. I was hesitant to book an appointment at Micro-Center because I had never been; but reluctantly did so because my laptop was oh so broken. Yonas in the repair shop immediately calmed my nerves about my laptop. He was knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to interact with. Apple told me the repair would most likely wipe my computer clean, and take 14+ business days. Yonas and Derek got my laptop back to me in seven days, with all my data preserved. I cannot say enough good things about this shop; I will be taking all of my repairs there in the future.
