Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 for my daughter's Ch...

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 for my daughter's Christmas but the phone was faulty. Tried to call the phone number on the web site to be told they were closed for Christmas but if I emailed customer services would come back to me email sent no response email sent again response came asking me to return the mobile the phone was sent back 5th Jan contacted to make sure it had been received on the 10th was put on hold for 25 mins when I got through I spoke to a boy with an attitude who advised that it had been received but was not yet booked in for repair but an email would be sent out when it was booked in I am still waiting !!! Contacted them again on the 18th to equire and was again told an email would be sent advising again that an email would be sent whoops am still waiting am just pretty glad I am not waiting on them calling the fire brigade

Please Quick Mobile Fix just be honest and tell people the truth !!! Because in the mean time my daughter is still waiting on a Christmas present!!!!!!
