I called Sierra Air after being left feeling less than confident with another company s performance and recommendations. Dwayne performed the service call and was very knowledgeable and took his time to test all parts of the A/C unit, in addition to explaining the findings in a detailed manner. He also wrote a detailed receipt with his findings for my records. He was available by phone several times to answer my additional questions. I couldn t be more happy with Dwayne or Sierra Air.
