Disappointing experience with the service departme...
Disappointing experience with the service department. We arrived early for a scheduled appointment. After waiting approximately 2 hours we paid for a oil change and tire rotation as we requested. However, the tires were marked prior to the appointment and they weren't rotated. Also, the computer was not reset indicating when the oil was changed, similar to the previous service appointment. We left the dealership and returned to speak with the attendant who had previously check us in. He seemed embarrassed, and left to speak with Chelsi. They once again took the car back and rotated the tires. Is this a common practice at Pearson? Single out elderly couple, charge for services not provided? When asked why the computer was not reset after changing the oil or no sticker provided indicated the dates of the service provided the response was that they no longer do stickers as its all in the computer, but what difference does that make if they don't reset the computer? Again, was the service actually provided? The most disappointing result of this entire experience is their lack of remorse, they really didn't care and off-handed sorry for the mix-up comment showed their lack of concern. In the future we will be taking our business elsewhere.
