The APARTMENT

The apartment WAS NOT CLEAN when we moved. As the agreement stated paragraf 38 page 5 of the Apartment Lease Contract. So we are not going to pay for the cleaning when finish my lease beacouse you guys do not give me a clean apartment.

The Master Bathroom
Have water infiltration in the ceiling, when it rains water falls inside the room (04 JULY 2019)

Doors IS CLEAN

The windows
Vhere very very durty

The Blinds
All Blinds is very very durty

The Kitchen
Furniture Kitchen gabinets have mold and is broken and the baseboard too. The gabinets is not clean and there is hair and is durty NEED A REPLACE URGENT.

The Bath
Furniture Bath its too old and is broken our doors


The bath takes a lot of time to get hot and the water keep switching betweencold and hot all the time. The gabinets its broke. The shower I open 4 FOUR times emergency service, and the problem its not solving. The emergy guy scrached the flor and the toleit seat.

The house dont have a microwaves

Pest Control
There are many insects in the house including Dangers spiders and anothers. I cant see the prove from pest controlers for this unit apartment.HAVE A RATS ON THE APARTMENT.

The Carpet
Is not clean, is very very durty need a cleaning with product for imunization.
