My first experience with Life Maid Easy. The cleaning is not great overall. The floors, cabinets and bathtubs are fully touches, however they didn't clean my balcony. The janitors said there wasn't any note about it. Well, this is for moving out cleaning, everything should be spotless. The operator should pass all details and the janitors should confirm with me when I opened the door. In addition, the walls weren't completely wiped. One of the janitors told me that he tried, some marks came off, some not. Next day when I checked the unit, I wiped, all came off with just water. Also, there are couple spots they missed such as surface of heater and fireplace, windows.
Good thing is they do following up and offer me to come back and finish the jobs.
