My experience with my Sales Advisor, Marc Weiner was an Awesome Experience and it was a Refreshing Buying Experience. I was impressed with his honesty, integrity, straight forward approach and how humble he was to selling a car. We visited your show room in November and was greeted by Mr. Weiner. He was very helpful, friendly, professional and he made a shopper like myself feel at ease (don't care for aggressive sales associate). If anything, my kids put more pressure on me than Mr. Weiner. I was torn between the Pilot or the CR-V and knew I had to come back. After 8 months, we came back and finalized the deal.
As you know, we have purchased three vehicles from Burns Honda in the past few years. The first car was the Civic, which we bought in 1993, and since that time we have acquired a CR-V, Odyssey and recently another CR-V. We have been most please with all those purchases, and would like to express our thanks for the professional way you approach each sale. The follow-through has been great, and when there was a need to review something with the vehicle, you were quick to attend to it.
