I went to BC Chevrolet in New Albany hoping to purchase ANOTHER impala 2ltz from them. I spoke with a salesman over the phone prior from me driving 30 minutes to go look at it, I let him know time was of the essence and i could not wait to have a car delivered, i stated that if it was not on the lot i did not want it. I got there and he immediately wanted my SSN, I refused & he then tried to get it by saying he needed my payoff. I told him i would give him my payoff per diem & etc, and we would work numbers around that payoff like every other dealership does until i commit to buying then we can run credit, & they could call themselves. He went to his managers and they would not give me an appraisal on my impala and would not tell me the price of theirs. DO NOT GO TO NEW ALBANY! I recommend you to go to Hyundai Mazda and let another salesman work through them. I was hoping to be a repeat customer today but Blackmon Chevrolet did exactly what I wanted to do and I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier today. I must say, approval isn't every customers concern.
