Problems with the starter, right before a long wee...

Problems with the starter, right before a long weekend! Yikes! I called FTH, w/ the engine running, fearful I would not be able to start it again, if I shut it off. FTH said I could bring in the car, leave w/ a loaner car to use. My favorite service rep, Jay Janek listened to my concerns, and got me into a car to use until repair was completed.
The following morning, I received a full description of what needed to be done and cost associated - Jay helped be to understand what was essential and of best value; and what were "optional" items - I signed off on what worked for me. Jay contacted me to confirm and see if any questions had arisen. The car work was completed, Jay said he'd be off and that Andre Kamouie could assist . Andre took time to answer my questions and review what had been done, and walked me to my car,
handed me my keys, and I've been rolling smoothly since.
