I pay by direct debit, suddenly 2000 euros from my...

I pay by direct debit, suddenly 2000 euros from my account over 5 different transactions by Essent. Two weeks on the phone with 6 different employees, all with a different story, from "no mistake but I can't explain it" to "I've never experienced this sir".
Transfers can be recalled through the bank, but no clear explanation after 3 weeks.
Asked for two simple invoices with a detailed description of what is being charged, but apparently that is not possible within this period.

I still look forward to a response. In the meantime, the following invoices arrive on time, which I refuse to pay before an explanation is given of what just happened here.

According to several employees, there is a new program for automation of invoices, if you have this with different customers, that is a nice amount!
