I would give them negative stars if I could. You have to give them at least one to post.
I agree with the person that posted the worst customer service on the planet. I tried their introductory offer after they sent it about 6 times. I thought we are going on vacation in my car so maybe we would use it and I would see if I liked it.
We didn't use it even once and when I got back, I never used it because I didn't even think about it. I just don't listen to things while I drive.
So I called in plenty of time to cancel. The lady told me they were sending me a free radio to listen wherever I wanted until the day my service ran out. I didn't want a free radio. I asked why would they do that? Her response was to make me happy. So she sent the radio.
She said call when you get it we will activate it.
I called to activate it and was told that there would be a charge for the service and that if I didn't activate it there would be a charge.
I explained I didn't want the radio in the first place and I was not paying for it. I would ship it back if they would send pre paid postage.
They said I could keep it no charge.
Today I got a bill for service starting the first of the month. I called to say I had cancelled. SO for 22 minutes i was on the phone to cancel the service I had already called twice to cancel. And they wanted me to pay $6.41 for the invoice and the 7 days of service for this month.
I't took ten minutes just to get that bill canceled. I hope this is the end of it.
