Waited 2 hours to be seen for 10mins by such a rude female doctor, didnt have an ounce of care and quizzed what I was saying to see if I was lying, made no eye contact when talking just a doctor with a terrible attitude, which made me think the nhs has gone down - no customer service whatsoever she needs to go on training. I hope she gets the same treatment when she's very ill.
