In the event of any accident, we were to contact the hotel and no one spoke Polish at the hotel. And the hotel was about to inform him. For me, this is a misunderstanding because in the event of any accident, the participant should have contact directly to the resident and the huge crowd of elderly people did not speak Croatian or English. I cut the star for this resident because I think that the resident is there for the group to be interested in, and that he is paid for. Interest in the client that the site of the office is OK.
