This review is a bit late, we closed in Sept. 2014. I can't say enough good about Andy. This was my first home buy, a foreclosure, and there were a lot of hoops to jump through with the bank. We closed on time, I never once was waiting for a response to a question I had. Any time I called him, day or night, he would answer, happy to help. Emails would get responses late into the night.

Everything was paperless as other reviewers have said. He really knows the landscape to make it as efficient as it was. He's extremely sharp, and gave me a ton of confidence. Absolutely honest as well, and it takes a lot to earn my trust when it comes down to even the smallest deals. I never once detected a shade of anything to raise my suspicions.

And to top it all off, when all was said and done it was the cheapest option for us.

We will absolutely work with Andy again, we will absolutely recommend him to others, and I wish him the utmost best with his business as it is clear he has a passion for high quality service.
