When my computer stopped working, I didn't want to take my computer to a big box store for a repair and I tried Stellar Computer Repair. I am very glad I did. I thought the issue may be a bad power supply, but Francis took steps to determine it wasn't and then tried a number of things which may have caused the issue. Thankfully, in the end, it was an easy fix but something I wouldn't have ever thought about and soon, my computer was back up and running, saving me not only a lot of money (don't have to dump a lot of money into or worse, replace the computer) but who hasn't felt the stress of losing everything when your computer is wonky? There was never a hard sell for something that I didn't need and while suggestions were made (to make my computer better, but again, not a hard sell), neither Francis or the other male (Nathaniel?) spoke down to me or made me feel dumb. I am a very satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stellar to anyone who has a computer issue.
