I must say I didn't truly value the notion of customer service until I dealt with the exceptionally competent staff at the London Bridge Richer Sounds Branch. Phil, in particular, was a shining example of how businesses can conduct themselves in an exemplary manner in order to source long term customers. The price match mechanism Richer Sounds' offers is far from a gimmick and any queries I raised were dealt with seamlessly in a timely manner. Additionally, I received a phone call from Phil a week after the TV arrived just to check up on how things were going. Fantastic experience all around. If I buy any sort of electrics in the future it will be with this branch.
