A terrible company to deal with. They've now had my phone for two weeks, and have failed to respond to a single email. Don't bother calling the number on the website; it is never answered.
Their repair tracker is a total work of fiction. Initially it shows that the phone had been tested (wi-fi, camera etc.), but then two days later I was sent a message asking for my unlock code (despite this having been supplied when booking the order, and being attached to the phone on a post-it note. I've since read elsewhere that this is a very common delaying tactic used on many customers.
If you go into an Apple Store, they can replace a screen in less than an hour, but despite two full weeks having passed, mine has still not been fixed.
My phone no longer shows up on iCloud find my phone, they are not responding to any contact attempts, and I'm beginning to think I may have been ripped off. A Paypal dispute has been raised, and tomorrow I'm going to drive the 80 miles from my home to their offices and hammer on the doors until someone answers and gives me my phone back.
Avoid at all costs.
