This is a chain of restaurants present throughout Madrid.
Gluten-free products are clearly indicated on the menu and the staff is attentive. To distinguish the table part of a celiac, a placemat is put and blue dishes are served. It is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a breakfast I must say abundant and with a good value for money. Mind you, food is the classic I find in chains but all in all it is discreet.
