We went there after a while and it was nothing more than average. The experience of food was ok but customer service and customer experience was below par.

After the first round where food was served and items that were missed brought over to the table, the servers disappeared. At one point around the time it would be a good idea for a team member to check on us to see if we needed refills for drinks, we had to go find someone. There were no napkins brought even when there were a couple kids present. There was no mention of how was your experience tonight? Or please come again.

Manager of the place needs to realize that no matter how dead or alive the place, it is their responsibility to ensure every customer has an experience that they are more than happy to share with their friends and family. In this case, it was a below par one and that too for food that is nothing extraordinary.
