Location = 5 stars! Free breakfast = 5 stars! In fact, everything was really nice, but there's always that one little thing...... I suppose that air conditioning is not normally a big issue in Norway, but it was particularly hot the week we were there, and the AC dial was set so that it could not be turned below a certain point - there were temp settings lower, but the dial could not be turned to reach them. So, although it was hot, our AC never kicked on. We'll called the front desk, but the only thing they could offer was to open the window and the bathroom door to try to create a breeze (??). The warm temp made our time in the hotel room little uncomfortable :-( If it hadn't been for that, our three nights there would have been perfect.
