I have been a Hilton Honors member from the very beginning and I had the worst ever check in experience. The front desk lady could not find my reservation by name or reservation number and blamed it on a third party booking site even after wife spoke to her from home and told that it is on my Hilton Honors account and that my wife can remotely check me in and make me a key.

I had to return to the front desk again to get a luggage cart from a locked room downstairs and a parking card. It took me three hours to drive to Indianapolis and almost an hour to check in.

Next day, I wrote this up to the morning front desk manager and never heard back from her.
