Tried to contact Yvette with Kirker Creek regardin...

Tried to contact Yvette with Kirker Creek regarding a business accounting question with up to 6 (or 7) daily separate phone calls - leaving a message each time during this past business week - with no call back. Just tried to contact someone at the main office and went straight to voice mail three times. Very poor business customer services.

UPDATE: While we did receive another invoice payment, it was for a duplicate amount. They obviously did not research the issue. Again I reached out, was told someone would contact me. I don't think they did, but if they did, they did not leave a voice mail for me to return the call. I emailed the contact again and have not received a response as of this writing. Frustrated on the actual results of this matter, I deposited both payments for the invoice and issued a refund for the over payment.

UPDATE 01102020: Stop payment was issued by FPI on duplicate payment, causing us to issue a stop payment on refund for over payment. Still no contact by phone or otherwise from FPI. Even their emails do not provide phone numbers if I wanted to reach out.

FPI account has now been sent to collections.
