I am a host on airbnb(~250 properties), I have about 5 active disputes with the company who is charging me cancellation fees on guest that violated my house rules and I would not permit to occupy the home. I have escalated this with the hep center and on the platform, my request are weeks old and I am not getting a response.

To be frank, the platform is absolutely garbage for host. They used to have the best customer service and support around, but they have fallen so sharply. Does anyone out there care to help?
