I needed to take a moment to share how my experience with Paramount Volvo staff was. The sales representative Ernie was extremely personable and helpful. He worked with me for several days over the phone to help me feel comfortable to make a purchase. He responded quickly and thoroughly. He even took the time to pick me up from the local airport when I came into town. Ultimately, with not fault of his, I didn't end up making a purchase. However, the level of care, concern, and integrity that was displayed even after I had decided against the vehicle was of the highest standard. Ernie and his general manager Rudi went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Because of this display of professionalism I had to share this review as well as always giving this dealership the first consideration before making a vehicle purchase. Highly recommend them!
