This is a beautiful place for a great vacation OR a great getaway to clear your mind,, regroup,, STUDY/COMPLETE HOMEWORK and snapped back to reality from the wonderful vacation... The staff members here are excellent,, SO excellent I give the staff members 200% in customer service.. I STAYED there for 6 days due to KOVIC19 somethings were limited,, but outside of that,, staff members here are great.. The MALE LATINO MANAGER IS PHENOMENAL DESPITE OF THE PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS,, HE DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO ACCOMMODATE HIS TEMPORARY RESIDENTS WITH TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE... The restaurant food is DELICIOUS and the FEMALE MANAGER AND STAFF CREW here ARE GREAT as well~ My family and I ate daily at the restaurant and Carmen (waitress), has EXCELLENT FOOD SERVICE SKILLS.. Carmen set breakfast for us like we were Kings * Queens . I WAS OVER JOYED The YOUTH GENTLEMAN / MANAGER at the JET SKI RENTAL WERE AWESOME & HILARIOUS.. I love Jet skiing but I am a little scared of the animal water life,, but THEY made feel comfortable ,, and boosted my COURAGE to just ride the waves baby!!! HOTEL MAYA IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND... I THOUGHT AND FELT LIKE I WAS LIVING RICH ... I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 2 DAYS, BUT I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO GO HOME BECAUSE I FELL MORE IN LOVE AS EACH DAY PASSED!!!! I GIVE
