Ally has provided the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever endured. Turning in a lease with this company has been an awful experience. They were supposed to send a representative out to inspect the car in 3-5 business days and they did not send anyone out until 7.5 WEEKS after we turned it in. We dropped the vehicle off at the dealership on July 3 in near spotless condition and it was not until August 25 they came to look at it and now claim there is excessive wear with a dent and scratch that was not there 7.5 WEEKS prior, when it was out of our care. In addition, they refuse to send us a final bill until the truck is sold at auction. We have had countless billing issues prior with property taxes and misappropriated payments. No one at Ally is doing their job effectively nor efficiently. My husband has had to call MULTIPLE TIMES in the last month trying to get answers and nothing is resolved. After spending nearly a dozen hours on the phone, being transferred between multiple departments, he is only ever told a ticket has been filed or he will get a call back and NO ONE ever calls him back. We refuse to do ANY business ever again with Ally. We will be reporting them to the BBB and imploring all friends and family to stay away from this company that tries to exploit good people to get more money. Entirely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disheartening.
