Went there for our first anniversary July 13th wen...

Went there for our first anniversary July 13th went to check in at front desk told us our room was not ready they were sorry to please wait for 30 minutes and come back up went back up after 30 minutes room was still not ready check in was at 3:00 didn't get room until 5:00 I thought they might offer us a complimentary drink to sit and wait but was not offered anything guaranteed check-in was supposed to be 4:00 it was very disappointing knowing we paid $310. for the night and couldn't Even go to our room when we got to hotel once we got to our room I called down to speak to manager but the front desk women kept giving me the runaround and wanted to know what it was about I told them I wanted to speak to the manager about it they kept putting me on hold and then back to them at the front desk so I never got to speak to one The room was nice and clean though The casino was nice also just thought front desk could be more professional on the way they handled this
