Last week we ve seminar at KL, Kuching and KK. The service provided from Pullman Kuching is the worst!
1) We book 10 persons airport transfer, the hotel arrange 10 person van. Expect we come in empty handed??
2) We arrive in hotel at 2pm, and the staff told me and one of my German colleague our room not ready yet, need to wait for another 1 hour.
3) While we re waiting, since my colleague is Accor Gold Member and I m Silver Member, we deserve at least a welcome drink. We requested to the staff, she ask us to wait and she walk around to do her others work. End up we wait for 1 hour and didn t get anything.
4) I call for laundry and asked for express service. After 30 mins I called back, the staff asked me to repeat again my request!
5) The furniture that prepared for our seminar is old and broken. Food for audiences not enough and the hotel staff said our audiences eat too much!
