Unreal... Not only are they impossible to reach by...

Unreal... Not only are they impossible to reach by phone... but when I was in store and put my laptop in for data extraction they said it would take 2-3 days... 3 weeks later Im trying to contact them to check in and they inform me that my order is ready.... One of our Board members offered to pay for the service and we asked if he could make the payment online or on the phone they said YES... Then I went to the store to retrieve the data and purchase a new laptop and other stuff... They then informed me that we can not make payments over the phone... I said ok.... I then went to the computer section to pick out a machine... I stood in a 6' squared section looking for help for more than 25 mins before... I then went online to their live chat to document my dissatisfaction, they tried to contact the store with no success... I waited another 10 minutes or so as I watched 3 people receive help before I did.... The only thing that separated me from the other customers was the color of our skin...! By far the worst... after 10+years of patronizing this store... I will never give them another dime of my money... When I voiced my frustrations with the manager he became aggressive with his staff.... and told me he will check the video.... and talk to the service desk staff.... (BS) If my youth program di not need this merchandise in the time that we did, I would have just left the store... Now I feel unwelcomed and totally disrespected by MicroCenter.... Great way to treat volunteer youth workers!
