I had an incredibly positive first car buying experience thanks to Alan at Marshall Motors North. I m so glad I decided to go with a smaller, family-owned dealership as compared to a large chain. At no point did I feel pressured, or like I was being taken advantage of. On the contrary, Alan seemed to genuinely care about making sure I found the right care to fit my needs and lifestyle. He was very friendly, patiently answered my many questions, stepped me through the entire process, and handled all RMV paperwork once purchased. He was also kind enough to hold onto the car for me for a few days, as I wasn t able to pick it up right away. He was very communicative and flexible from start to finish, and even offered to pick me up from the Commuter Rail stop nearby when I was coming to pick up the car. Overall, I would highly recommend Marshall Motors North.

Also worth noting I used USAA Car Buying service, which is how I heard about Marshall Motors North in the first place. Alan was familiar with the process, and it made the whole process a breeze!
