Located near law garden road, overall good spacious rooms. However, service can be improved. When we entered room after a day long off site seeing, we were surprised to have our non smoking room filled with a smoking smell..Even after complaining for several times, nobody responsible bothered to to come and check. Only after follow up and several calls, to they offered to change room. This was not at all expected from the 4 star property.
