Wow - What a great experience with Andrew while I was trying to navigate the insurance system in California. Unfortunately I had a misunderstanding with COBRA (the worst institution ever) so I had to get onto short-term healthcare for 45 days until open enrollment was "open." While I signed up online and immediately received a call from them and I was hesitant to proceed, the process was really easy and I was back on health insurance within 30 minutes, plus travel medical insurance for an upcoming trip. Definitely calling Andrew back to navigate my open enrollment process for the 1/1/19 year.
