I would give 0 starts to this place. Customer service is really poor. The woman who talked to me was in a rush talking on the phone and didn't quiet help me. It is really uncomfortable to come to a place looking for orientation and instead you find people who has cero customer service skills. I would consider another office if you need something for your bussiness.
Rude, no customer service, can't do basic data entry.
Please share this with everyone. I gave my credit card information to get a report and I got charged twice. I called them to get a refund and they told me the only way to get my money is to drive all the way to downtown to get the money back basically they are saying forget about your money or take a day off to get it. I study law so I know my rights and I m writing this review to protect everyone from getting ripped off from these private companies who I m not sure if they are supported by the government.
Very poor experience dealing with Shardane if that's even her real name. I called to request information but she can't even let me finish talking. Very disrespectful. It's sad to see my taxes go to waste paying this person's salary. Some people should never work in customer service.
Extremely Rude, Racist , not helpfull I drove 1:49 mins to get there to do the name change on my company I was inside office at 4:05 because of there mistake and I had to fill up another form and stay on line again I got to the deck at 4:55 she said we are closed you to come back tomorrow

Regardless of all negative reviews, I had a very good experience with Service Ontario for my business issues.
The place was not crowded. The young gentleman behind the counter was welcoming.
He checked my documents, gave me a form and helped me to fill the form.
He also answered all my questions very nicely.
Poorly trained and ignorant receptionist! I waited 30-40 minutes to get my receipt.
