My trade in was not paid until literally the last minute... day 30 almost hitting my credit. The way this whole deal was handled was horrible and stressful and I will never buy a car here again... Oh and found out the tires were so worn and 3 weeks after buying the car, I had to buy all new tires. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: The finance manager Mike contacted us and explained that he was out for a while and found out today that someone dropped the ball. Had to go down there are re sign some paperwork. He assured me that the loan and late fees would be paid in full by next week before hitting my credit. If they keep their word ill update my review score. I will say that Mike was very pleasant to deal with and very apologetic taking full responsibility of their mistake.

Horrible place and company. If I could give it a zero I would. My husband already gave it a 3 star for their bad customer service for making us drive an hour to get mats they forgot to put in the car we had just purchased and when asked for gas refill they said no and that they were being nice by giving us mats because they didn't come with them... serioulsy!!?? Well now this place has gotten even worse. We traded in my Equinox in the process and are now getting daily calls from GM financial because the payment is 17 days past due and VW has not paid off the loan as agreed. We have contacted the finance manager several times and he says he will get back to us in a couple hrs but never does. I have purchased many cars and never dealt with such horrible dealership. I even used to work at one for 3 years and we would have never treat a customer like this.
