The customer service was really nice. However, the Hvac was a total jerk, would not give an estimate on the cost of repair. Basically told me that I need a new units and would not quote a price for the repair. Quoted over 10k for furnace and AC when I only need a circuit board replaced in the furnace. I would not go with these people, they will up sale you and take advantage of you. I also paid the guy 100 in cash and still never got my 5 dollar change. It doenst matter but just shows how they will steal from you.
