First time in the store seriously not impressed. I went in to buy a bike rack for my jeep stood there for 10 minutes reading the different kinds of rocks that they have not one single person asked me if I needed help. I don t understand why customer service is lost on so many businesses and so many employees these days. It looked like they had a very nice store But they really need to work on their customer service
