I recently needed help with fixing a small repair and was concerned about doing so with safe protocols. Joshua Smith, a service advisor, was immensely helpful. He was so helpful when we talked on the phone and helped me get the repair fixed in a way that felt good to me. Employees can make or break a business, and Joshua's willingness to help me and go the extra mile was a great blessing!! He has great problem solving and impeccable care with giving great service!!

10/5/20 - I was back today and Joshua Smith was as helpful as ever. I am being extra cautious about being out, and he was super helpful - letting me plan for my car drop-off ahead and doing a lot over the phone. He called me to go over pricing of things I needed done and was really helpful about the repairs. If every business had someone with his people skills and professionalism, they'd be lucky!
