So I had lost a temporary crown on a saturday and my usual dentist and its chain of facilities were all closed. (They pride themselves on being avaliable for emergency work..) I called random providers and could find no one. Dr. Ku actually answered and told me to come by. He had a meeting to get to and waited patiently for me to get there. He quickly did the temporary crown at no charge! What a great guy... It is clear he cares about others. He did a wonderful job as well. I am so grateful.
