If I could rate 0/5 I would. I ordered products back within the first two weeks of January, and within 3 days it said "picking inventory". It's February 6, and it STILL says "picking inventory". I have left two voicemails, to which only my first got a call back for, the woman stating "oh they should be ready in a few days". I asked "what does a few days mean? Do you mean business days? Is there a guaranteed date?" and she ignored both questions, stating "yeah so it'll just be a few days".

I feel like they just want to take your money and run...though thankfully you don't need to pay first for your order if you're picking up. I'll never use this site again, and would much rather pay a little more for better service, and folks that CARE to get back to you. If you run a business, I highly suggest looking elsewhere for your ingredients, or you might be waiting months to receive it!

I'll only be shopping at New Directions now. Thanks for messing up so bad that you made it clear to me.
