Well, I'm 65+ days in and nothing back yet...I can...

Well, I'm 65+ days in and nothing back yet...I can update with more info. It took about 3 weeks to even get acknowledgement of the order. I will say that recently, I get automated 'feel good' emails that my items are 'in process'. However, that doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy. I had an 'expedited' card that was to provide service in 5-6 days. My emails I get are basically like "Bob ate a sandwich and he's thinking about the box of tapes you sent in" Update. The next email is "The box of tapes moved from the left side of Bob's desk to the right side" I mean seriously? I tried chatting with rep and there is really no help to be had. Paid a lot of money and was sold snake-oil and now concerned with all of the terrible reviews, they may close up shop and I will never see my tapes again.
The excuse is Covid. Covid. Covid. I've done video transfer before. You literally don't need to be anywhere close to anyone else.
You know, this is their entire business model. To take memories from people and preserve them. Not make new ones. The new memory I have is the pain and suffering this whole experience has been. Ridiculous!
