Horrible Communication Skills. Was told to come in to purchase a car I had wanted, then told they couldn't sell it, then said it was sold to someone else, and then they sold me a different car. After signing the paperwork, was told I can't take it because of a recall, but that it would fixed soon. Then five days later was told they can't sell it at all and sold me a different car instead. Be upfront with your customers and perhaps this rating would have been higher.
