I was there this weekend and stayed in the Starfish Cottage. The land line was not connected to a phone service, the wifi in the cottage was spotty at best. We asked for towels a couple times before we picked them up at the front desk. When we asked to have dirty linens removed the attitude from the staff was like it was an imposition to do so. There is a binder on the coffee table encouraging guests to if they need anything, its too bad the written material didn't match the staff's attitude.
