Just ok. Worst radisson blu I've stayed in, easily. Let's the brand down.
Very nice and comfortable hotel on the corner of Portman Square, positioned on the door step of London's West End.
Only a passing visit whilst some friends grabbed something from there room. There suite was a little dated and one lift was broken. The reception area was very nice and the concierge was very helpful.
Good hotel, old furniture, rooms are spacious compared to other London hotels, breakfast and lobby are excellent.
We were given a room on the 11th floor, hotel s elevator stops at the 10th floor. Had to take the stairs to reach our rooms.
The hotel needs a renovation of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Besides, nobody speaks Spanish and they don't even try to understand you.
Organized my nephew's wedding here yesterday, which was a warm summer day. The air-conditioning was out of order and all the guests were uncomfortable and sweating. No ice buckets, so the drinks were also really warm. It was a horrible experience. Will never repeat the mistake.
Very nice interior, though it doesn't look as nice on the outside. Very good space on the inside for functions and seminars, with several halls and conference rooms. This was the purpose of my visit.
Even tho it was just an emergency booked stay in one of the smaller rooms it wad a nice stay with a good room and service expected from radison blu. Took a night meal room service at 1am which was done fast and delivered fast while still being one mighty fine burger and fries.
Bad rooms ,, ac is making noise without any cold feeling ..the cleaner in second floor don t clean the w/c well there is a spots on the bathroom and the sink is broken bringing the water all out plus the bed and pillows is not comfortable at all 0/10 for this hotel
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The service was great from start to finish.
Lovely venue, we supplied a photo booth and a flower wall backdrop for a wedding a few weeks ago. Contact quirky-hire.co.uk for more info
Quite luxury place to stay in london., service is good.
I booked this hotel on a LastMinute offer as a secret hotel. For the deal price the hotel was OK, however if I was paying full price I would not have been impressed.
Location wise its very good, close to train stations, parking fairly close and shopping at your doorstep. Ideal for weekend in London.
The rooms were rather small and need updating in my opinion.
Would I come back again, only if it was on a deal again...
Nice and nice, service friendly staff, good breakfast. Begins to get somewhat worn in some of the rooms, but nice and clean anyway.
Rooms are small, one power point which is next to the desk which is far from the bed, the bathroom is dirty, and the toilet doesn't flush properly. Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all.
Service very slow. Not a very exciting menu. On the plus side good location.
The hotel is well organised and the service is impeccable. Shame the external organisers could not live up to the standards.
Very lovely food and great for conferences. I went to a healthcare conference here. For a buffet the food quality was exquisite! However the let down was the non-existent seating. I really enjoyed the seating and rooms the conferences were held in
nice hotel with good facilities for a group meeting I attended through my workplace.
Professional staff and a great venue for our event. Would recommend
Very nice and about 200 meters from Oxford st. The main shopping area in London.
Feels like outdated classy, sat down an hour an no one served us anything
Decent rooms, wheelchair accessible and great location.
Hotel was clean and service was good. Friendly and helpful stuff
Just had coffee in the restaurant. Waitress got the order wrong more than once so I would not recommend, but even with that the hotel seemed nice and the staff were friendly
Friendly enough front desk but really its main selling point is the location. These doesn't seem to be any wellness facilities, which is a little let-down but you would know that if you book the hotel yourself and accept the trade-off. Breakfast was okay but nothing to be raving about to be honest. The key card for my room and the lifts was annoyingly unreliable. Not sure if it's the problem with my particular card, but I needed to try several times to get it accepted. I was there for only one night so couldn't even bother to ask for a new one. The room itself is clean and spacious by London standard.
It's central position in Westminster, within walking distance from several train, and underground stations, made for an easily accessible location. The training/conference rooms were modern, clean and bright, nicely decorated and easy to find. The staff were also excellent, very attentive, but not intrusive and they provided us with much better food than I'm used to on trainings.
Water accumulates in the pool almost no outflow!
Hair dryer does not work!
Very dark no real lamps except bedside lamps !!
Room cold!
In the bathroom mold on the edges of the shower!
Disappointed!
Central hotel with spacious, clean rooms and with perfect WiFi throughout the hotel. I would have liked more people to speak Spanish. The breakfast buffet quite poor for how expensive it is.
Not bad at all. Typical London small hotel rooms but very comfortable, very clean and helpful staff. Location's great and pricing was reasonable.
Friendly staff and comfortable hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street that does the job
What happened to british hospitality!? Perhaps employ a brit
Attended for a conference, which seemed to run smoothly. Location is convenient for Oxford St and Hyde Park.
Terrible service. Front desk is unresponsive to complaints. Old and dated rooms; stains on walls, cigarette smoke smells. Overpriced!
Central London location with easy access to central and jubilee lines. Attended for a wedding where the rooms were beautifully decorated.
Great place. The location is in the heart of London. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
This hotel is hight class the rooms are ok not too big , the staff is very friendly + they have free wi-fi and a small gym
Not to bad, the best advantage of this hotel is location as it is close to Westminster and high streets. Not to mention transport links, as many tube stations close to it.
Breakfast is reasonable.
No!!! There are no other words! The hotel is well located but the staff and management are asocial
Attended a friend's wedding, hotel was lovely, service was great. Located in the heart of London and parking nearby
Very good location, friendly and helpfull staff, delicious breakfast!
Went here for work Xmas meal. Was Ok as far as these corporate things go! Better food than other hotels we've been to!
It's pretty old-fashioned
Close to Arab Street for beautiful Arab restaurants
And Oxford Street to shop
Friendly staff and good service but their breakfast is 5/10
Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not much waiting around and seen to very quickly. The hotel is clean and tidy with sufficient facilities
PERFECT STAYING AT THE RADISSON BLU PORTNMAN WITH THE BEST MANAGER SUPPORT - MR. MOHAMMED ATTU - A GENTLEMEN WHO GAVE TO OUR GROUP ALL SUPPORT, SOLUTIONS AND GUIDELINES TO MAKE SUCCESSFULL OUR STAYING IN LONDON CITY. Thank you Mohammed.
Delicious breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. Clean room.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast and nice hotel stuff
Overnight stay for a conference. Didn't notice much distinctiveness tbh, good standard business hotel. Is that a good thing or a bad one?
Great Location
Fantastic breakfast
Friendly stuff
Comfort beds
