Special appreciation to our service advisor Ms. Kortney Hebert for her attention to the
problem with our CRV. Her tactical knowledge and excellent customer relation skills resulted in successful repairs to the CRV. She was very responsive to our concerns and she kept us informed of the progress of the repairs.
