AimLoan has excellent rates. Our loan processor, Robert, was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He communicated extremely well answered all emails/questions promptly, explained everything clearly, and always kept us apprised. He dealt very effectively with third party vendors, even their glitches (not his). Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire loan process easy for us.
